Our Response to COVID-19

Thank you for choosing Breezecome. The world is facing an issue of enormous scale and uncertainty. It is everyone’s responsibility to do their part in containing COVID-19.

It has never been more important for our company to ensure the safety and support of our customers, and communities.

  1. All Breezecome employees (Consultants, Technicians) are still remain operating for all our customers.
  2. Breezecome will take some extra safety precautions for protecting our customers and employees. Here are some measures:
    – Our consultants will provide professional advice and good quote for customers to choose HAVC system by phone, message, facetime and email.
    – Our employees had been trained to being protect themselves and customers.
    – If customers need, consultants will schedule a face-to-face conversation. We make sure that all employees are healthy and has no travel history within 3 months.
    – Before the technications install machines in clients’ house, they will use quick-acting hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectant and wear mask, gloves and shoes cover.
  3. About home Rebate, Enbridge has made the decision to suspend the program from March 20th 2020 to April 6th 2020.
